Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team supporting clinical pharmacy operations.

You will build long‑term demand forecasts, maintain capacity plans, and drive the annual budgeting cycle while partnering with Finance, Operations, and HR. Remote work with travel, and a strong emphasis on governance and analytics will define success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare or similar operations
• Experience building long‑term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, etc.), not just scheduling
• Experience supporting budgeting cycles and conducting variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets; SQL/Python/R is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own long‑term demand forecasting for assigned departments and translate metrics into headcount projections
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill level
• Drive annual budgeting and planning cycle with Finance; provide variance analysis
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance; communicate risks and trade‑offs
• Refine forecasting methodologies and governance; raise analytical maturity
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, HR/Talent Acquisition, and vendors
• Mentor planning analysts and promote standardized planning practices
