CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, seeks a Senior workforce planning analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team across pharmacy departments. You will elevate models, standardize processes, and shape best-in-class workforce planning for a clinical pharmacy operation.

In this remote role, you will build long-term forecasts, lead budgeting cycles with Finance, and mentor planners while partnering with Operations, HR, and vendors to ensure executable

Competenze

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning ownership.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans.
• Strong financial skills: budgeting cycles and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Excellent communication to operations leaders and executives.
• Ability to work independently and align stakeholders.

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments across pharmacists and support roles.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill levels.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning cycle with Finance and variance analysis.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance stakeholders.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and governance; document standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, and vendors.
