Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior workforce planning analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team supporting multiple pharmacy departments.

You will enhance models, standardize processes, and elevate workforce planning within a clinical pharmacy operation. The role involves remote work with occasional travel and a 40-hour work week, with a pay range shown below.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, occupancy).
• Strong budgeting and variance/attribution analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query) with large datasets.
• Excellent communication to present plans and trade-offs to leaders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments and translate drivers into headcount projections across pharmacists, technicians, and support roles.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill level, balancing hiring, attrition, training, and occupancy against demand.
• Drive annual budgeting and planning cycles, align workforce costs with budgets, and analyze budget-versus-actual results.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance, presenting plans and surfacing risks.
• Improve forecasting methodology, governance, and documentation to raise planning maturity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, and vendors to ensure executable plans.
• Mentor and influence planning analysts to standardize planning practices.
