Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy seeks a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for clinical pharmacy operations. You will elevate models, standardize processes, and drive workforce decisions across pharmacists, technicians, and support roles.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, and vendors, and mentor junior analysts to raise planning maturity in a center COE model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with direct forecasting ownership.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans.
• Strong financial skills: budgeting cycles and variance/attribution analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query) and large data handling.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present plans to leadership.
• Independent worker, able to juggle priorities and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments and headcount projections.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill level.
• Drive annual budgeting and planning cycle with Finance and variance analysis.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and governance, raise analytical maturity.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure executable plans and alignment.
• Mentor planning analysts and promote consistent planning standards.
