CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team supporting multiple pharmacy departments.

You will build long-term demand forecasts, maintain capacity plans, and drive annual budgeting while surfacing risks and trade-offs to executives. Strong Excel, SQL/Python, and communication skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare or similar
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, occupancy)
• Strong budgeting support and variance analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• Excellent communication to executives and operations leaders

Responsabilités

• Own long-term demand forecasting across departments and headcount projections
• Build and maintain capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill levels
• Lead budgeting cycle and variance analysis with Finance
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance stakeholders
• Improve forecasting methodologies and governance
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure executable plans
• Mentor planning analysts and raise planning standards
