CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team supporting multiple pharmacy departments. You won't just run the models — you'll improve them, standardize them, and help define best‑in‑class workforce planning for a clinical pharmacy operation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans beyond scheduling.
• Strong financial skills supporting budgeting cycles and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication for presenting plans to leaders.
• Able to work independently and align stakeholders without authority.

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments and translate drivers into headcount projections.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill levels.
• Drive annual budgeting and planning cycles with Finance and variance analysis.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance stakeholders.
• Refine forecasting methodologies, governance, and standards.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure executable plans.
• Mentor and influence planning analysts across the team.
