Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems across our enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity and quality.

With 5–7+ years configuring and supporting enterprise systems, you will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and support audits (SOC II) while aligning with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions within the functional area; ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates and releases.
