Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver effective solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data integrity, and alignment with business processes, with a focus on leading a small team and supporting audits under SOC II controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable system configurations
• Experience leading and developing a small team including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the Workday and other People Systems
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates
