Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality improvements across the platform.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and stay current on system updates, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes. This role supports flexible work arrangements within the US.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable efficiency gains.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into configurations.
Experience leading a small team, hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
