Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, scalable configurations and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

The role requires 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, proven leadership, and knowledge of SOC II controls.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading a small team including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiar with Agile or iterative project management.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, maintain functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process improvements and stay current on releases.
