Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable, scalable solutions aligned with business processes.

You should have 5–7 years configuring enterprise systems, a track record of improving efficiency, leadership experience, and knowledge of SOC II and Agile.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current with system updates.
