Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and daily operation of Workday and related People Systems across the business. You will align system capability with business processes, partner with stakeholders, and drive reliable, scalable solutions.

You will lead a small team, ensure data integrity, and deliver enhancements while staying current with system updates. The role supports audits and SOC II controls in a fast-growing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality.
• Identify process and automation improvements and stay current with updates.
