Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own Workday configuration and operations, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business processes. You will design, configure, and maintain systems, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes leading a small team, guiding improvements, and staying current on updates and audits.

Qualifications

5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems in a functional area.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable efficiency or quality gains.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading a small team including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access/change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or similar iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates/releases.
