Job summary

Guild, a dynamic leader in talent solutions, seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own Workday configuration, administration, and ongoing operation. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality through testing while driving continuous improvement across the People Systems landscape.

With 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, you will lead a small team, navigate SOC II controls, and apply Agile methodologies to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and assisting audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates.
