Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and daily operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and drive testing quality across the functional area.

You should have 5–7 years in enterprise systems, a track record of leading improvement projects, and hands-on experience with SOC II compliance and Agile methods. Some roles may be remote with nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment to business processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases for the systems in scope.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
