Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality across the functional area.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise systems, a track record of improving operational efficiency, and experience leading a small team, plus knowledge of SOC II and Agile

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems in a functional area.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates and releases.
