Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and daily operation of Workday and related systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality across business processes.

You will lead and develop a small team, support audits and access controls, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, nationwide environment with remote-friendly roles.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team including coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
