Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.

You will serve as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring Workday solutions meet business and compliance needs. You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and others to translate requirements into scalable configurations, lead testing, support related modules, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll.
• Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and testing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for US/Canada.
• Partner with Payroll and HRIS to translate requirements into config.
• Troubleshoot payroll systems and implement solutions.
• Lead Workday testing for releases and updates.
• Support payroll-related configurations across Workday modules.
• Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities.
