Job summary

HR Green, Inc. seeks a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own and evolve our in-house Workday integrations. You will connect HR, payroll, and finance data with enterprise systems via Studio integrations and packaged connectors, then support them in production while expanding capabilities.

The role is permanent and fully remote within operating states, with AI work expanding responsibilities and collaboration with external specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing and supporting Workday integrations in production.
• Hands-on Workday Studio development required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML.
• Ability to own integrations end-to-end from design to runbook.
• Familiar with AI/automation platforms; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of Workday integrations from partner to internal ownership.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations and connectors.
• Plan and run integration regression tests for Workday releases.
• Build agents/automations and ensure testing, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Follow secure dev practices and HR Green release processes; support changes.
• Explain issues and trade-offs clearly to HR, Finance, and ops teams.
