Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own the in-house Workday integration portfolio. You will design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio and related tools, owning them end-to-end from implementation partner handoff to production support.

You will also lead integration testing for Workday releases, build new agents and automations, and apply secure development practices while exploring AI and automation opportunities to drive business impact.

Qualifications

5+ years developing and supporting system integrations.
3+ years building and supporting Workday integrations in production with Workday Studio.
Experience owning integrations built by others and operating them reliably.
Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, with token-based and OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of Workday integrations from partner to internal ownership.
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
Plan and run integration regression testing for Workday releases and upgrades.
Build agents and automations, ensuring testing, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
