Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own its Workday integration portfolio, connecting HR, payroll, and finance with enterprise systems via Workday Studio and related connectors.

You will assume ownership from an implementation partner, support in production, adapt to changes, and build new integrations as capabilities expand. This permanent, in-house, fully remote role operates within states HR Green serves.

Qualifications

• Five or more years developing and supporting system integrations.
• Three or more years building and supporting Workday integrations in production.
• Hands-on Workday Studio development and familiarity with Workday toolset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of Workday integrations from partner to internal ownership.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations and connectors.
• Plan regression testing for Workday releases and upgrades.
• Build agents and automations; apply testing and lifecycle standards.
• Maintain secure development practices and change-management processes.
