Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own and evolve its internal Workday integration portfolio.

You will lead transitions from partners to internal ownership, design and deploy Workday Studio-based integrations, and integrate with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and REST services. The role requires hands-on Workday Studio development, familiarity with the broader Workday toolset, and a passion for applying AI and automation to HR, payroll, and finance data

Qualifications

Five or more years developing and supporting system integrations, including three+ years with Workday integrations in production.
Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and token-based and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Hands-on experience with Workday integration toolset and related connectors.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of Workday integrations from external partner to internal ownership with knowledge transfer and runbooks.
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations and connectors using EIB, Core Connectors, and REST APIs.
Plan and run integration regression testing for Workday releases and system upgrades.
Develop new agents and automations, ensuring monitoring and lifecycle management per standards.
Adopt secure development practices and adhere to change-management and version control processes.
