Job summary

HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own and expand our Workday integration portfolio.

You will work on Studio integrations, EIB, and connectors, ensuring production stability and driving AI-enabled automation across HR, payroll, and finance systems. You'll collaborate with IT and business partners, lead migrations from external partners to internal ownership, and shape secure, scalable integrations while supporting payroll-critical processes and ongoing system

Qualifications

Five+ years developing and supporting system integrations, incl. 3+ years Workday integrations in production.
Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML.
Ability to own integrations end-to-end, diagnose failures, and restore service.
Familiarity with AI/automation platforms and enterprise copilot tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of Workday integrations from external partner to internal ownership, including knowledge transfer and monitoring setup.
Provide primary production support for payroll-impacting feeds and maintain integration inventory.
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and REST API integrations.
Improve error handling, batching, logging, and notifications to protect payroll and onboarding processes.
Plan and execute integration regression testing with Workday releases and system upgrades.
Develop and maintain AI agents and their integrations, ensuring secure, testable components.
