HR Green, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own and internalize our Workday integrations, connecting HR, payroll, and finance through Studio and related tools.

You will transition from our partner, support in production, and expand capabilities while steering AI agent integrations for enterprise solutions. You will work remotely from states where we operate, collaborate with partners, and help ensure payroll integrity, security, and scalable automation across HR Green’s

Qualifications

• Five+ years developing and supporting system integrations, including three+ years Workday integrations in production with hands-on Studio development
• Experience diagnosing failures across systems and restoring service
• Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, with token-based/OAuth 2.0 authentication
• Proficiency in XML/XSLT and at least one general-purpose programming language
• Familiarity with source control and code review

Responsabilités

• Lead transition of Workday integrations from partner to internal owner and manage knowledge transfer
• Serve as primary production integrations support resource with payroll-impacting feeds
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and REST API integrations
• Improve error handling, batch tracking, logging, and notifications to protect payroll/onboarding
• Plan and run integration regression testing for Workday releases and system upgrades
• Maintain and adapt AI agents and integrations and build secure API connectors for approved agents
• Build new agents and automations independently or with specialists and ensure lifecycle management
• Apply secure development practices and follow change-management and release processes; some after-hours work required
• Perform other duties as assigned
