HR Green, Inc. seeks a Senior Workday Integration Developer to own its Workday integration portfolio, connecting HR, payroll, and finance data with core systems using Workday Studio and related connectors.

This in-house, fully remote role requires hands-on development, production support, and the ability to scale integrations as our Workday capabilities grow. You will lead transitions from external partners to internal ownership, design and test integrations, and partner with AI initiatives to

Qualifications

Five or more years developing and supporting system integrations.
Three or more years building and supporting Workday integrations in production with Workday Studio.
Experience owning integrations and diagnosing failures end-to-end.
Hands-on experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with source control.

Responsabilités

Lead the transition of Workday integrations from partner to internal ownership with knowledge transfer and monitoring.
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and REST API integrations.
Plan and run integration regression testing for Workday releases.
Build agents and automations and ensure testing, monitoring and lifecycle management.
Follow secure development practices and HR Green change management processes.
