Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report within the Adaptive Planning environment, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable models and dashboards.

You will drive integration with Workday modules, ensure data governance, and create documentation and training materials for effective adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator/developer/model builder role, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, Data Analytics or related field with demonstrated work on Adaptive Planning reports/dashboards.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, calculations, business rules, and model structures.
• Experience creating integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day platform operations.
• Maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
