Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. This hands-on role administers and optimizes the Adaptive Planning environment, building models, dashboards, and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Adaptive solutions, ensuring data governance and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience translating complex requirements into Adaptive models, reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes and budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance for Adaptive Planning.
• Develop documentation and train users on Adaptive Planning.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions for FP&A processes.
• Create reports and dashboards supporting budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, and workforce metrics.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to optimize planning solutions.
