Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, and report to expand enterprise planning capabilities. The role partners with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive solutions.

You’ll lead FP&A processes, ensure security and governance, and help drive budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and model structures.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday modules (FM, HCM, Adaptive Planning).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop Adaptive Planning models, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security; maintain data governance.
• Create training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for users.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations.
• Design planning structures balancing flexibility, controls, and maintainability.
