Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across the organization.

You will translate financial and operational requirements into scalable Adaptive models, dashboards, and planning solutions, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day‑to‑day configuration and optimization responsibilities.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, and security.
