Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to administer, model, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable models, dashboards, and planning solutions, working with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

You’ll own configurations, reporting, and security while driving process improvements and ensuring governance and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and development/maintenance of reporting packages.
• Strong understanding of Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and models.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day administration, configuration and optimization responsibilities.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, rules, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, security, and data governance; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, user guides, and conduct training sessions for users.
