Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment, partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce analytics.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable Adaptive models, dashboards, and reports, ensure data governance, and provide training and documentation to users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience as administrator, developer, model builder, or analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience with models, reports, and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day ops.
• Design, build and optimize Adaptive Planning models, sheets and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting.
• Manage integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Provide training, documentation, and user support to stakeholders.
