Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. This hands-on role administers, develops, and reports within Adaptive Planning, partnering with finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to expand planning, budgeting, and decision‑support capabilities.

You will own the Adaptive environment, build models, manage security, and translate financial requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrator/developer/analyst roles with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect for management reporting packages.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day ops, configuration, and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Maintain documentation and conduct training for users and stakeholders.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models that balance flexibility with controls and maintainability.
• Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, trends, and workforce metrics.
