Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You will translate complex financial and workforce requirements into scalable models, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions, partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

This role will drive modeling, configuration, security, data governance, and system administration to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert, with responsibility for the day-to‑day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, including models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, business rules, attributes, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, including model structures, dimensions, assumptions, formulas, calculations, workflows, and reporting solutions to support evolving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce planning, and business requirements.
• Manage Adaptive Planning user access, roles, permissions, and security while maintaining data governance and internal controls, monitoring system performance, data integrity, integrations, and user experience.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, technical documentation, and administrative procedures, plus training materials and user guides; conduct training sessions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions applying FP&A best practices for balance of flexibility, controls, and maintainability.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into Adaptive reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, and workforce metrics.
• Partner with Human Resources to develop workforce planning models and reporting within Adaptive Planning.
• Develop, monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning; coordinate with ITS and other teams on data architecture and APIs.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand needs and propose balanced, scalable solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
