Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst specialized in Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize the Adaptive Planning platform.

You will own configurations, security, data integrity, and integrations, shaping scalable solutions that balance control with usability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for daily ops, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures including models, dimensions, accounts, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Develop integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Adaptive Planning.
