Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You will model, configure, and report on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning, partnering with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders.

You will translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable Adaptive models and dashboards, maintain security, and drive process improvements with governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as Workday Adaptive Planning administrator or similar role.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets and rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME.
• Develop, configure, and optimize Adaptive Planning models and reports.
• Build dashboards and OfficeConnect reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage user access, roles and data security; ensure governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT to translate requirements into Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Integrate Workday modules (Finance, HCM) with Adaptive Planning and troubleshoot data flows.
