Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Adaptive Planning administration, model building, and reporting. You will own the Adaptive Planning environment, develop scalable models and dashboards, and ensure data governance and security while aligning with FP&A needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst role, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Build Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance.
• Develop documentation and training materials; conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for users.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver budgets, forecasts, and workforce metrics.
• Develop integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
