Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own, build, and optimize our Adaptive Planning environment. You will translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable models, reports, and dashboards, partnering with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders.

You will serve as the primary administrator and SME for Workday Adaptive Planning, including security, data governance, integrations, and platform optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, models, dimensions, formulas, and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions and security with data governance and internal controls.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and solutions balancing flexibility, controls, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to define complex reporting requirements and translate them into Adaptive reports and dashboards.
• Develop, monitor, reconcile and troubleshoot integrations and data flows between related Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
