Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You will build models, configurations, reports, dashboards, and security to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive solutions, ensuring governance, data integrity, and sustainable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, including models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations, including models, calculations, workflows, and reporting solutions.
