Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and optimize the planning environment, partnering with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to deliver scalable budgeting and forecasting solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, reporting, dashboards, and OfficeConnect, with strong governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, or analyst capacity using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
• Develop Adaptive Planning models, reports and dashboards for budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to translate business requirements.
• Ensure data governance, security, and system performance and reliability.
• Provide training and maintain documentation for users and administrators.
