Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting for the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to design scalable Adaptive models, dashboards, and planning solutions that support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning, while translating complex requirements into effective configurations.

Qualifications

• ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• ~ 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, of which 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• ~ Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and model structures.
• ~ Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• ~ Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including model development, configuration, reporting, dashboards, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective Adaptive planning solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows between Workday components and Adaptive Planning, ensuring data governance and quality.
