Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting for the Adaptive Planning platform. You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to translate financial and workforce needs into scalable planning solutions.

You will own the environment, develop models, dashboards and OfficeConnect reports, and ensure data governance, security, and performance while driving budgeting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst role with 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience building adaptive planning reports, dashboards and management reporting solutions
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect for management reporting packages
• Strong understanding of adaptive planning dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets and formulas

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day administration and optimization
• Own Adaptive Planning structures, models, dimensions, accounts, levels and security
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions
• Manage user access, roles, permissions and data governance
• Maintain system documentation, training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions
• Design Adaptive Planning models that support budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning
• Partner with Finance to define reporting requirements and translate into Adaptive reports
• Develop, monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning
• Collaborate with IT and HRIS on data architecture and APIs
• Explore opportunities for process improvements and product optimization
• Other duties as assigned
