Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting. You will own the Adaptive Planning environment, develop models, configurations, and dashboards, and partner with Finance, HR, IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

This role offers remote work in approved states with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as administrator, developer, model builder, or analyst with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Translate business requirements into Adaptive models, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop integrations and data flows between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide training and user support; maintain documentation.
