Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across the Adaptive Planning platform. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable Adaptive models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning administration and reporting.
• Strong FP&A background including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into Adaptive Planning models.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME.
• Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance.
• Develop, maintain and optimize Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Partner with Finance/HR/IT to define reporting requirements.
• Develop integrations between Workday components and Adaptive Planning.
