Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, modeling, reporting, and optimization of the Adaptive Planning environment. You’ll partner with Finance, HR, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions.

You will own model development, configuration, security, and data management, ensuring robust planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to translate complex financial/operational requirements into Adaptive models, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day managing of the platform.
• Maintain Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, rules, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and procedures; conduct training sessions for users.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
