Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Adaptive solutions, ensuring security, data integrity, and maintainability. Remote work is available in supported states.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 5+ years in administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and rules.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Workday Adaptive Planning environment.
• Build models, dimensions, versions, sheets, and rules to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Create responsive reports and dashboards including OfficeConnect integrations.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance within the platform.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT on requirements and integrations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and stakeholders.
