Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. This role will administrate, model, and report on adaptive planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize the platform and deliver scalable solutions. You will translate complex financial requirements into adaptive models and dashboards, maintain security and data integrity, and drive process

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administration, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience building adaptive reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Strong FP&A process understanding and budgeting/forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day maintenance.
• Develop adaptive models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations.
• Manage user access, roles, and data governance within Adaptive Planning.
• Create documentation and deliver training for users and stakeholders.
• Design planning solutions balancing flexibility with controls and maintainability.
