Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model building. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable planning solutions and partner with Finance, HR, IT to maximize platform value.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning, with remote work available from multiple states and a strong emphasis on data governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on admin/analyst work, with at least 3+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for the platform.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring performance and integrations.
• Develop, maintain documentation and conduct training for users and stakeholders.
