Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment, directing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning activities across finance and workforce analytics.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Adaptive models, dashboards, and OfficeConnect reports, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands‑on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME, managing day‑to‑day admin, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Develop Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting to support evolving planning processes.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to define complex reporting requirements and deliver effective Adaptive reporting.
