Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment, translating financial requirements into scalable models and dashboards.

You will partner with Finance, HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role supports data governance, security, and continuous improvement in a remote-work capable environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, calculations, business rules, and model structures.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert with day-to-day platform maintenance.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions applying FP&A knowledge.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security with data governance.
• Develop integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Train users and provide knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders.
