Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting across the organization. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable Adaptive models and dashboards, partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to maximize the platform's value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as administrator/developer/model builder for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience developing Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Build and maintain Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, accounts, sheets, rules and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
